Business Description
Make each step, each action along the way a yoga practice every day - Breathe, Live It & Be Free!
Ilona Holland is a life coach and registered yoga teacher and massage therapist who was born with a passion for holistic wellness that developed into a lifelong mission. She often finds that her clients are surprised to discover that their physical difficulties are directly related to very personal underlying issues still to be addressed. Issues range from physical injury, a traumatic experience or one's current lifestyle. As an expert in her own injuries and trauma, she encourages this sort of self-discovery, and recognizes it as an instrumental step in healing. She is dedicated to helping others on their own path to self-reflection, restoring and healing.
